Hey there, I'm Daniella, the founder of this lifestyle brand that makes it easier for you to style your wardrobe and home.
Who I am and why I'm building this brand...
I'm a multimedia storyteller – my full-time role is in corporate communication, producing multimedia content for media, marketing, public relations and podcasts. My skills are founded on 12+ years I spent writing and editing a range of newspapers and magazines – which led me to start this business and try my hand at entrepreneurship.
From the time I spent working on glossy magazines, I found readers were constantly searching for easy ways to style their outfits and home.
The good news is, there is a formula – and I founded The Piebald to share it with you!
The key is to start with the essentials – the core basics – and build from there. This is why we stock capsule collection pieces in neutral colours in our Boutique so you can build a core base for your wardrobe and home.
These are high quality, investment pieces that you'll use often and can style in so many different ways which makes them – ahem – worth the investment! But they also aren't too hefty on the pocket.

What’s in a name?
Answer: A whole lot of sentiment! This sweet piebald pony (below) not only inspired my life-long riding career but also this lifestyle brand since the name 'piebald' refers to the brand's black and white colouring.
Meet the team…
In my corner is my husband, Brydone, and you won’t often find me without our two border collies at my side – Whizz and Popper (of course we’d have black-and-white dogs to complement our brand!). Our beautiful dark bay thoroughbred mare, Belle, inspired much of this brand and lives on in our hearts.
