What’s the Boutique all about?
We’re here to help you build your capsule collections for your wardrobe and home with our carefully curated fashion and decor items. Our pieces are classic, minimalist and monochrome, so they’ll pair effortlessly with the clothes and decor items you already have.

We take pride in offering you pieces which are classy with a hint of fun, timeless with a whisper of current trends, black and/or white with an occasional pop of colour.

Some of our pieces are imported while others are sourced here in South Africa and we are slowing building our very own decor and fashion collections designed by our founder, Daniella.

For the fashion products, how do I know which size will fit me best?
We know how difficult it can be deciding which size to order when it comes to clothing … especially when shopping online. That’s why we get really specific in every product description. We detail the fit, explain the size of the items pictured and describe how to style the piece so you can see whether you’d like to up- or downsize.

How do I find out more info about particular products?
When you click on the product you want to view, you’ll be able to see multiple photos of that item, and we get really specific in our descriptions. We give you info about the item, how to style it, the sizing of it and how to care for it. We also make a note about any applicable shipping costs. In our Magazine and on Instagram, we get even more specific and share a whole host of styling tips.

What do I need to know about shipping?
For our South African customers…

Shipping is free when you spend R400 or more.
A flat rate of R100 is added at checkout when you spend less than R400.
We ship Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, and while we endeavour to get your items to you as soon as possible, although deliveries can take between seven to 12 business days.
Please note: The Piebald cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

Local Pickup
If you’d prefer to collect your item(s) from our store at The Piebald Stables in Kyalami (Johannesburg), you can select the ‘Local Pickup’ option when you finalise your order. We’ll confirm all details with you once you’ve placed your order.

For our international customers…
Price on request for for international shipping. We ship Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, and while we endeavour to get your items to you as soon as possible, deliveries can take up to 30 days. If you’d like to chat further about shipping your items outside of South Africa, please email boutique@thepiebald.com.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We’ve partnered with PayFast to give you a broad range of options to complete your purchase. You can pay for your item(s) using Visa, Mastercard, PayFast Instant EFT or Zapper.

Can I return an item?
We want you to be as excited about your fashion and decor items from The Piebald Boutique as we are, so if anything is bothering you about your new piece, we’ll offer you a refund or an exchange on your order, subject to the following:

• Return requests should be emailed to boutique@thepiebald.com within five days from when the order is delivered.

• The returned items must be in their original condition. That is to say, the clothing pieces must not be worn or washed, the decor products must be unused. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags in place as when the product was received.

• The items for return or exchange must be shipped to The Piebald Boutique with a tracking number provided to us once sent. (Shipping costs of returned items are not included in the refund.) Alternatively, you can arrange to drop off the item at our store at The Piebald Stables in Kyalami.

• Exchanges are subject to availability of the particular item.

• We do not accept exchanges on sale items.

Should your items be damaged on arrival, please notify us on boutique@thepiebald.com within five days from when the order is delivered.

How can I sell my items on The Piebald Boutique’s website?

Please explain more about The Piebald Stables?
We’re just getting settled in our new home, The Piebald Stables – a wonderfully peaceful place in Kyalami … think lovely large lawns, fantastic views of fields and happy horses grazing in their paddocks.

In 2023, we’ll be hosting some wellness and lifestyle events here … all the deets will be posted on our Stables & Events page, in our Newsletter and on our Instagram (follow @thepiebald).

What’s The Piebald Magazine all about?
It's a platform to share must-know styling tips, lifestyle hacks and some interviews for inspiration. We’ve already established The Piebald’s all about black-and-white elegance, but something that’s not-so black and white is building a business … and yet so many women entrepreneurs are doing it so effortlessly! We've interviewed a couple of entrepreneurs who break down their tricks of the trade and, hopefully, inspire a whole lot of other women entrepreneurs.
