anti-inflammatory drink

An anti-inflammatory elixir? Sign. Us. Up.

Flu, laryngitis, bronchitis and more haven’t held back this spring, and so if you, like us, are looking for something soothing to drink that’s packed with anti-inflammatory benefits, we have just the thing…

Think, a spicy, zesty, wholesome drink that’ll quench your thirst and give you a boost without a crash.

Below we get specific on how to make it, but first, check out a Reel from our Instagram (please give us a follow and tell your friends).

Our founder, Daniella, is looking for all things anti-inflammatory this season. Got a tip r recipe? Email her on boutique@thepiebald.com. She’d love to chat.

First, take out your favourite teacup … we love this ivory one with 24k gold petals in our decor store. (Shop it here.)

You could use a ginger tea (as pictured) or ground ginger and top with hot water.

Spring is here, and the change of season has brought with it allergies, flu and an unquenchable thirst. Here’s a little pick-me-up you can enjoy any time of day.

Then, add a squirt of lemon, a sprinkle of cinnamon and ground ginger and a teaspoon of honey (makes the medicine go down 😉). Stir and add a slice of lemon for extra zest 🍋 💦

These cups are made from clay and are a lovely ivory colour with tiny black speckles. The real showstopper? The 24-carat gold petals adorning the cups. We sell them in pairs so you'll always be ready for tea for two.

Then, sip and savour the soothing sensation.

Daniella is wearing our Handwoven Cotton Poplin Shirt with Leg-of-Mutton Sleeves. And you can too.
