If you need some snack inspo (plus a pick-me-up to get through the realisation that it's March tomorrow), try these tasty apple pastries – they're so quick and easy, I whipped them up for my husband before he woke up on our anniversary.

You'll need...
Apple cut into thin pieces, puff pastry, whisked egg or milk and syrup or honey
What to do...
Roll out your puff pastry and cut into squares. Then place a few apple pieces in the centre of each pastry square, drizzle with syrup or honey and fold over the pastry to make a little parcel. Brush the top of the pastry with egg wash or milk. Here, you can add a sprinkle of sugar or cinnamon too. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. When they're golden, take them out and serve on your Hand-Cut Marble Serving Platter.
